HPL means "High Pressure Laminates" . HPL is a kind of engineered plastic laminates . After the plywood has been produced, HPL is covered onto the face/back of plywood under high pressure . That's what people call "HPL Plywood" .

High pressure laminate is manufactured in a fusing process that results in an extra-hard decorative laminate. The multiple layers of kraft papers used for the decorative surface, inner layers and backing layer are all impregnated with phenolic resin and fused together in a multiple step press operation offering a wide range of decorative effects.

HPL plywood is a kind of fire-proof plywood, because it has high temperature resistance and radiant heat resistance in addition to the other characteristics such as wear and impact resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, clean ability, durability and so on.

Production process:

Veneer selecting →→ Laminated →→ Cold press →→ Hot press →→  putty →→ Sanding →→ Laminate HPL→→ Cold press →→ Cutting →→ QC →→ Packing →→ Shipping.

Q1. What is your main products?

A: Our main products are Birch plywood, Marine plywood, Melamine faced Plywood, Okoume / Gaboon plywood, Fancy plywood, HPL Plywood, Bending plywood, Chipboard and MDF.

Q2. What is your MOQ and Can I mix several kinds to one container?

A: MOQ is 20' GP. Surely, different kinds can be fixed into one container.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against copy B/L. 

Q4. Do you have products in stock?

A: Mostly no. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.

Q5. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication, asap

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can also producing according to technical drawing.
