This plywood is made from mixed hardwood and or softwood species and has a phenolic dark coloured film impregnated on both faces to prevent concrete sticking to the plywood.

Formply is made with a high-density overlay (HDO) of phenolic resin impregenated paper bonded to plywood. Formply is ideal for concrete formwork.

The protective phenolic film (40/120) has a satin to shiny finish and also provides some water protection making washing down and reusing an option.

Formply is manufactured to AS/NZS 6669 standard. In a concrete pour application, it will provide a class 3 finish to the AS/NZS 3610 standard, which is the standard of form finish required for carparks and general building work.

Veneer selecting →→ Laminated →→ Cold press →→ Hot press →→  Putty →→ Sanding →→ Laminate veneer →→ Hot press →→ Sanding →→ Laminate film →→ Hot press →→ Cutting →→ QC →→ Packing →→ Shipping.

Q2. What is your MOQ and Can I mix several kinds to one container?

A: MOQ is 20' GP. Surely, different kinds can be fixed into one container.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against copy B/L. 

Q4. Do you have products in stock?

A: Mostly no. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.

Q5. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication, asap

A: Yes, we can also producing according to technical drawing.
